I did have a negative first experience; however, the team is trying to make up for it and this is an evolving review. While the initial fault that I took the car in for remains, they've fixed a few other things along the way and I'm hoping they're able to properly diagnose and fix an intermittent idle issue that I have with my car.
Had the radiator changed - the guys did a wonderful job. However, they managed to scrape the underside of my front bumper (already scrapped, but they made it worse). On top of that, somehow the windshield washer nozzles become blocked after the radiator change. Just spend the extra bucks take your car to the dealer for service and repairs.
Central Autohaus is great. I have been getting my car serviced there for about 15 years. They are always happy to help, have great customer service and are value for money. I can always trust their honesty/advice
